Take-away Dining with Reza

More events happening in support of the "Association Stan Millward": raising funds to support those who live with and fight against cancer.

Reza Mahammad continues his support of the Association with two new menus targeted for January and February next year.

The ordering and collection of the dishes is similar to previous events but the dishes for both menus will be prepared sometime in mid-December - get in touch with Sharon (see below) as soon as you can
  • let her know your choices from both menus before 8th December
  • she will confirm with a price
  • send your payment by cheque and state when you will collect
Possible dates for collection include
  • 10:00-12:00 Friday 3rd January
  • 10:00-12:00 Saturday 4th January

January Menu

  1. Achari Chicken Marinated with muscovado, chilli, tomato, fennel & cumin - to name a but a few 10€45
  2. Black Pepper Beef Slow cooked and infused with a blend of 14 spices plus tomato, onion, lemon, cloves and yoghurt 11€75
  3. Fish Moilee Cooked with nigella and fennel seeds, ginger, garlic & coconut milk, sugar and lemon 10€65
  4. Coconut & Tamari Brussel Sprouts Back by popular request; a unique and delicious taste make this a rather special dish. A real treat! 7€95
  5. Aloo Gobi Roasted cauliflower and potato : comfort food with a zing to bring out layers of flavour 7€75
Just as well these won't be available for New Year's Day - they would be gobbled up before the new year had barely started!


February Menu

  1. Pork Vindaloo No, not a dish to burn your throat - this is the real, Goan blend of 20 spices that will simply delight 10€55
  2. Beef Koftas Coriander, mint, garlic, ginger, cumin, cinnamon, chillis and freshly strained tomatoes – all ingredients marinated and infused for hours to bring out the intense flavour 11€95
  3. Potato & Aubergine Curry Back by popular request; a combination that leaves you yearning for more 9€10
  4. Lemon & Coriander Chicken Tingle those taste buds with a sauce that includes lemon, coriander, yoghurt, cumin seeds, curry leaves, turmeric, garlic, ginger and a touch more 10€35
  5. A simply yummy Vegetable Curry A firm favourite to please the palate and create flavours that linger 9€30
Quite a few folks will be struggling to keep these dishes in the freezer until  February has arrived. Its a shame freezers don't have time-locks
