Les Fantômes d’Alloue

available in English
Tour the site and discover the story of Maria Casarès in an original presentation where the ghosts of six great theater writers live in different places on the estate and Maria Casarès reigns supreme over this community of artists.

With humor, Rémi de Vos takes us on a playful approach to theater, the career of Maria Casarès and the links that unite actors and authors.

This stroll will allow you to discover the interior of the Logis de la Vergne reconstituted for the occasion in the performance hall as well as various places in the Domaine's gardens.

Deux Rien

A duet of poetry and clown mime for the whole family.
Two nothing is the story of two beings, a young man and a young woman. What are they doing? Nothing. Twice nothing. They are sitting there, sharing a bench just big enough for the two of them.

So they take care, write, invent an elsewhere and choose to go into the real world through the game. There are shoes, hats, an apple but above all two bodies that meet and match in music.

Between dance, mime and clown, a burlesque duo where the movement will tell a story, the gesture will be a word and the emotions will become dance.

The show is followed by a snack served in the gardens of the estate.

Prodiges

Over a drink, attend a strange home sales meeting!
Three young women stand before us. They are home sellers for a famous brand of kitchen accessories. The Beginner is here for the first time. The other two, the Monitor and the Dealer, will introduce her, before our very eyes, to the secrets of sales and public speaking, while competing in patter to be real little prodigies of commerce and conviviality.

And in the same way that they experience the solidity of the famous plastic boxes, they plan to tell us the story of an evolution: that of humanity but also ... of women.

It is about time and progress, freedom and success, storage, verticality, aesthetics and malleability of plastic ...

The show is accompanied by an aperitif to be enjoyed in the gardens of the estate.

Les Noces

Lili and Réda get married in Alloue: a satirical comedy about an unlikely encounter between "the countryside" and "the suburbs".
At dusk in front of the wall in the heart of the large courtyard, you will be invited to the preparations for a somewhat special marriage between a Sevranais (a Parisien from St. Denis) and an Allousienne.

One morning, Lily's grandmother wakes up in a state of great confusion; she is convinced that the land is home to only one department: the Charente (where she spent all her life).

Her language has also gone wrong, she begins to confuse words, to invent others.
When Lily announces her marriage to Réda (Sevran by birth) the grandmother is overjoyed. In order not to upset her grandmother, Lily decides to get married in Alloue, in the purest Charente tradition.

Réda’s mother, who dreamed of offering her only son a lavish marriage, does not hide her huge disappointment. Faced with the determination of her son and daughter-in-law, she nevertheless resigned herself. The wedding will therefore take place in Alloue on a rainy winter Saturday ...

After the show, enjoy dinner in the garden prepared by Romain Portelli.

Calling Volunteers

We are looking for volunteers to come and lend us a hand: help us keep the bar, prepare and serve meals for the dinner show, or just disseminate information around your home ...

Depending on your availability and your desires, contact us on 05 45 31 81 22 or at communication@mmcasares.fr. Volunteering for the Summer Festival means eating with the team the dishes of Romain Portelli, our chef for the season, benefiting from the unlimited storytelling visit, Les Fantômes d'Alloue and sharing the festival's experience on a daily basis!

Come and join us!
